Happy 21st, Switchback
Rain can't ruin a great parade! And neither can it ruin a 21st birthday party - especially if that birthday is for one of the best breweries in Vermont!
Switchback Brewing just threw a big party for themselves. And no, it wasn't sad as it might sound...
In fact it was a beyond incredible time, and the timing was beyond incredible.
Warm weather and clear (yet a little cloudy) skies prevailed until the final five minutes of the festival, when the rain started pouring down and lightning lit up the sky. Before then, families and friends gathered around listening to live music from Jennifer Hartswick and Haley Jane, shopped around a handful of artisanal small business vendors, and dunked both Switchback & Local Maverick's founders in the dunk tank.
